Palazzo Scarsini has been designed for relaxation, luxury and, to pay homage to La Dolce Vita, the overall betterment of your lifestyle.

Keep reading to discover how this four-bedroom, 16th-century palazzo provides you with all the amenities and opportunities to become the best version of yourself.

Keep on Track with Your Fitness

Start 2024 as you mean to go on in the Palazzo's gym, situated under the property's 15th-century vaults.

Fully equipped with a Technogym bike, water-rower and weights, this exercise room allows you to stick to your routine, without disrupting your holiday.  It can also be the kick start to a healthier lifestyle if you are looking to improve your health in 2024 and beyond.

Take Time for Yourself

After you've worked up a sweat, unwind from your workout in the spa area, located just one room over.

Appreciate the views of the Sibillini mountains from the two-person whirlpool bath, or chill out together in the four-person sauna. Alternatively, request a masseuse and spend an hour on the Palazzo’s massage table having a luxurious pamper session.

Challenge Your Culinary Skills

Take advantage of the local markets’ fresh produce and the chef-designed kitchen, complete with a classic 1.5m ILVE oven, to perfect your cooking skills.

Choose to have a lesson hosted by a local professional chef in your own home, or why not make an evening of it? Get the family involved and try making one of Le Marche’s much-loved dishes, the combination of high quality, locally grown produce and access to freshly caught fish will give you so many options.

Amazing Locally Produced Food On Your Doorstep

If your desire is to eat local, organically produced produce, with a low carbon footprint, then you could not be in a better location. For example, easy access to internationally recognised, and award winning local olive oils, produced by Frantoio Agostini, in the valley below Petritoli, the nationally recognised cured meats produced by Passamonti, 3km away, the famous locally produced pastas available from La Campofilone, and the wonderful experience of visiting a fully vertical cheese making business in Belmonte - Azienda Agicola Fontegranne. To name but a few, all wonderfully paired with wines produced in the valleys and hills of southern Le Marche.

Make Memories with Family and Friends

If cooking isn’t your thing, why not host a private dining experience? Enjoy an evening of delicious, high-quality food in the comfort of your own home.

Sit back and relax as a delicious meal is whipped up for you, then enjoy it while watching the sunset on the 50m² terrace, as we have done many times ourselves with our own loved ones.

Experience the Local Culture

Step out of the front door and into the centre of the medieval village of Petritoli where you’ll find an abundance of authentically Italian experiences to enjoy.

The four churches, tiny theatre (Teatro dell’Iride), Civic Tower and three arches (Tre Archi) are just a few of the must-see attractions that sum up the charming town of Petritoli.

Petritoli is also a great location to start a bike ride, allowing you to more deeply experience the local area. You can set off on a locally rented bike, where electric bikes are also available if you want assistance riding through the beautiful rolling hills of Le Marche. A number of our owners are keen cyclists and we have space available for owners to store a personal bike on site, making it easier to get out and about, giving you access to some of the best riding routes in Italy.
