Appassionata In the Press

Over 10 years’ worth of coverage in the international press

After travelling to Le Marche in 2004, Michael and Dawn Hobbs immediately became enamoured with the area. Its rich heritage, stunning architecture, rolling hills and turquoise waters were just a few of the reasons they knew this place was something special.
Located next to the tourist-orientated Tuscany, Le Marche is a true hidden gem: one that has remained authentic, and is often described as all of Italy wrapped up in one region. A few lucky people are beginning to discover this secret part of Italy… just don’t tell anyone.
The Hobbs family knew they wanted to share their passion and excitement for the region with a select group of people who would appreciate their unique approach to creating properties that combined tradition and luxury… That’s when Appassionata was born.
Over the next 15 years, the increasingly acceptable proposition, of being able to purchase an incredible holiday home for a fraction of the price, using a fractional ownership model, was soon picked up by the international press
