There’s no better way to see if one of our properties is right for you than to visit the area to get a first-hand experience. We offer personalised discovery visits giving you the prefect opportunity to chose the right property from our portfolio.
You can tap into our local knowledge while viewing the properties to find your very own piece of ‘La Dolce Vita’.
From afar, it is impossible to fully appreciate the unique landscape, tranquillity, and natural beauty of Le Marche and our properties. The best way to truly get a feel for the properties and this wonderful region of Italy is to come and visit.
We would like to offer interested buyers the opportunity to stay either in, or near, Petritoli in the beautiful region of Le Marche. We have found that a minimum of two nights gives you the chance to get a full appreciation of the area and visit the properties you are interested in. If you wish to come for more, or less time, that’s great too.
Your discovery visit with Appassionata will include:

Tour of our properties and the local area.
Lunch or dinner in one of our many excellent local restaurants.
Enough time to explore the region and discover a little more of our undiscovered Italy. You are, of course, welcome to stay longer.
We will work with you on curating an itinerary that allows you to see the properties you are really interested in and visit the towns where those houses are located. If you wish to stay longer and explore under your own steam then there are many great places to visit, restaurants to indulge in, and wines to savour.
We really look forward to welcoming you to Le Marche and show you why we fell in love with this very special place. Visits to view owner-resale properties will have to be agreed with the owners in advance of booking trips.
