Whilst restoring the ancient cantina in our latest property, Villa Veneto, we thought it would be fun to gift our owners a selection of the local wines and store them at just the right temperature… in their very own cantina below the house.

A lovely video, made in 2019, that flies above the village of Lapedona and shows its close proximity to the sea. Villa Veneto can be seen in a number of shots, identified by the scaffolding outside, while undergoing its extensive renovation.

From afar, it is impossible to fully appreciate the unique landscape, tranquillity, and natural beauty of Le Marche and our properties. The best way to truly get a feel for the properties and this wonderful region of Italy is to come and visit.
We would like to offer interested buyers the opportunity to stay either in, or near, Petritoli in the beautiful region of Le Marche. We have found that a minimum of two nights gives you the chance to get a full appreciation of the area and visit the properties you are interested in. If you wish to come for more, or less time, that’s great too.
