Charlie works closely with these local teams to ensure everything runs smoothly, from overseeing seasonal upkeep to any necessary maintenance while owners are in residence.
Appassionata isn’t just about looking after the houses, it’s about looking after the experience too. India oversees owner liaison and helps make every arrival feel personal. If you need a taxi to pick you up from the airport, a favourite wine waiting in the fridge or a restaurant you’d love to book for your first evening, she’s always happy to help arrange it.
Michael is also always available to answer questions, offer guidance and support owners throughout their journey, from Discovery Visits right through to ownership itself.
