IL NIDO - ‘The Nest’

Appassionata’s Latest Project.

Appassionata has been in business for over 16 years…… we are delighted to be launching our seventh project.

We are working on a centrally located, historic apartment, Il Nido ‘The Nest’, in the centre of a small but vibrant medieval village in southern Le Marche. The home is being fully renovated and will be ready for occupation in the summer of 2025. The property will have one fabulous master bedroom, and an additional bedroom for those occassional guests, and has many unique and historic features. We have been asked many times to consider developing a smaller, but fabulous, lower priced option and this is it. Launching at only €55,000 euros a 1/12th share. Already selling fast……

We offer an attractive turnkey solution for anyone looking for an elegant holiday home in Italy, providing affordable fractional ownership opportunities for those who want to enjoy a regular taste of Italian life, without the full financial burden of buying outright.

Appassionata is one of Europe’s most successful and inspiring co-ownership companies offering luxury Italian living to over 60 property co-owners worldwide. Whether you are looking for a beautifully renovated 15th century apartment, a traditional town house, or a unique Liberty Villa, close to the sea … we have many solutions to meet your requirements.

We would like to invite interested buyers to visit Le Marche and experience the Appassionata way. We recommend coming for a two night stay but if you wish to come for more, or less time, that’s great too.

Your discovery visit with Appassionata includes:

  • We will help arrange two nights’ accommodation, there are a variety of fabulous options.

  • A tour of the properties you are interested in, and the local area.

  • Lunch or dinner in one of our many excellent local restaurants.

You should have enough time to explore the area and discover a little more of our undiscovered Italy. You are, of course, welcome to stay longer. We really look forward to welcoming you to Le Marche and show you why we fell in love with this very special place. Visits to view owner-resale properties will have to be agreed with the owners in advance of booking trips.
