Urban Fractional - Italian Living in its Purest Form
Situated in the medieval hilltop town of Petritoli, Casa Tre Archi is an elegant three-story town house, epitomising everything you’d imagine an Italian home to be.
Blending into the very fabric of this beautiful town, the house adjoins the ancient turrets and Tre Archi (three arches) which landmark the entrance to this peaceful Le Marche town, and positioned only a brief walk away to the town centre itself.
These three historic arches inspired the design of the house, inside and outside; it has three levels, three bedrooms, and three outside spaces.
As you enter the house from the quiet street, a discreet doorway opens out into a surprisingly large ground floor interior, where you’ll find a cool vestibule elongating into a relaxing sitting room. As you rise up the stairs to the mid floor where the space is designed for you eat and relax, you can also take in the views from the perfectly positioned windows.
The kitchen, nestling at the rear of the house has it’s own little terrace, a bijou space where you can enjoy a morning coffee, or take shade for a while in peace and tranquility.
Rising from the sitting room, a few more stairs will take to you up to the top floor, where the master bedroom suite awaits, a luxurious wooden vaulted, high ceilinged room, with its own sumptuous private bathroom. The second double bedroom also positioned on the front elevation of the house, opens out onto the first floor terrace, which is perched immediately adjacent to the town’s arches and overlooks the turrets, treating anyone who steps outside to a magnificent birds-eye view of this ancient, beautiful town and the hills beyond.
There is also a third double bedroom and a second bathroom. One final flight of stairs, takes you up to arguably one of the best views in Petritoli; here you will find a glorious spacious roof terrace, bedecked with elegant loungers and a beautifully canopied gazebo, for the ultimate in rest and relaxation time.
The views from the roof are simply sublime, you can see, literally, for miles and miles. As your eyes roll across the valley you’ll see what locals of Petritoli have been gazing at for centuries, a dazzling view in a place they call home.
