Romance with Style
The apartment is situated in a prominent position on the south side of the medieval village of Petritoli, on top of a panoramic hill, 350m above sea level, benefiting from stunning views to the Adriatic Sea and Sibillini mountains. A truly unique village location in Le Marche.
The Palazzo Scarsini apartment is personally owned by the founders of Appassionata Limited, where the style and quality of the renovation and interior furnishings reflect the very high standards of this highly regarded luxury fractional ownership business. They are delighted to share this wonderful space with anyone interested in visiting this incredible part of Italy, and is ideal as a romantic hideaway or as an incredibly comfortable base while exploring the area.
There is an eclectic mix of historic buildings and piazza to be found when exploring Petritoli. Four churches, a restored Civic Tower (with viewing terrace), a small theatre and the Three Arches, anchored by 15th century turrets, that dramatically form the entrance to the village, a welcome sight on arrival.
A little piece of Heaven!

The three bars in the village offer different experiences, from the hustle and bustle of Bar Gelateria Tre Archi, home to amazing artisan made ice cream, to the lovely garden at the front of Fanny’s Bar, where you can while away the long summer evenings. Antico Bar Comunale has recently opened and has a lovely, and extensive, aperitivo to complement your evening drink.
Choice for dinner is excellent, with three highly regarded restaurants (Ristorante Re Squarchio, Osteria della Cornacchie & Ristorante Roma), Pizzeria ‘Girasole’, and an Enoteca ‘Anti-Sociale’ are all within easy walking distance of the Apartment. The quality of the Petritoli restaurants is remarkable for such a small community but not surprising when you consider the Italians love of food.
