From just £105,000 you can purchase a 1/10th share in Casa Giacomo or from just £155,000 Casa Leopard, giving you exclusive occupancy of your chosen property for five weeks a year.

The share gives you access to common areas of the Estate including the landscaped gardens, swimming pool, all weather tennis court, olive groves, lavender plantation, vineyard, and newly planted truffle orchard.

Using the annual reservation system you will be able to reserve 2 weeks over the peak period (May to the end of September) and then reserve your remaining 3 weeks during October to April, in any combination, on a rotating priority basis. Weeks can be exchanged with co-owners, used by friends and family or rented to a third party. The Residency Calendar has been designed to be fair and equitable, ensuring owners have annual access to the peak months, is simple to operate and provides flexibility for all owners.
